MODERN SPANISH - It's a challenge we LOVE to take on. Ever since Lucie's house was featured in a Modern Spanish spread in Angeleno Magazine back in March 2009, revisiting the lovely bones of a LA Spanish is always a pleasure. Our clients, a young newlywed couple asked us for an understated but comfortable vibe, somewhat Scandinavian for their beautiful 1933 Spanish Revival Bungalow. This classic Los Angeles house had a few upgrades already done, like walnut stained wood floors and a garage converted into a guest house, but it was in need of furnishings and paint selection.
